If your e-mail has an active Proximos or Proximos API License, we will e-mail it to you.
If your e-mail has an active Proximos App license, we will e-mail you a link to download your current report.
If you have a .edu e-mail address, feel free to request a promotional code discount. Educational discounts will still be applied to any .edu customer with or without a promotional code.
Support Requests
Currently, Enlazo does not provide premium enterprise or business support. At this time as a new startup, Enlazo can only provide basic support via e-mail. We appreciate every customer and will try to respond within 24 to 48 hours Monday - Friday.
